Job Description
HR Talent Connect is looking for a female Telecaller / Recruitment Intern to assist with HR recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for students and freshers to gain valuable real-world experience while working from home.
Stipend: ₹2,00 per month + incentive per closure
Hours: 6 hrs/day (Mon–Sat) | Remote (WFH)
Responsibilities:
– Call candidates to explain job roles
– Maintain candidate data in Google Sheets
– Coordinate interviews with HR Manager
– Complete joining formalities
Requirements:
– Female candidates only (18–25 years preferred)
– Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
– Laptop, SIM, and stable internet connection
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
– Attention to detail and confidentiality
