Job Description
HR CATALYST is seeking a skilled Forging Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing cutting plans according to forging plans.
- Offering RM test pieces for inspection and testing to MQC.
- Managing manpower effectively.
- Maintaining FIFO systems in the cutting department.
- Ensuring adherence to 5S standards.
- Material accountability between cutting and forging processes.
Successful candidates will have a good knowledge of engineering drawings, experience with measuring instruments, and an understanding of forging processes and defects.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: Up to ₹400,00.00 per year
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with rotational shifts.
Work Location: In-person.
