Job Description

Full-time, on-site in Kolkata (Salt Lake, Sector V). Freshers (0–3 yrs) welcome; immediate joiners preferred. Salary ₹12,00–₹20,00/month + performance bonuses. Guide investors on our mutual fund platform: handle phone/email/Google Meet/Zoom queries, conduct product walkthroughs, assist onboarding and transactions, resolve issues, keep records, and drive conversions and cross-sells. We provide training, mentorship, provident fund and paid sick leave. Targets: monthly investments, conversions and retention. Requirements: clear English, Hindi and Bengali (spoken & written), ability to explain fund concepts simply, plus sales and customer-handling skills.
