Job Description
Hotel Nivetha Grand is seeking a motivated Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest enquiries, managing reservations, and assigning rooms. You will also maintain guest records and effectively address any guest concerns to ensure a pleasant stay.
