We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Key Duties:
- Greet guests and manage reservations.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with hotel departments.
