Join our team at HOTEL IMPERIAL CLASSIC as a Front Desk Receptionist! We are looking for a motivated individual to handle various duties including answering phone calls professionally, maintaining a tidy reception area, and balancing cash drawers.
Your role will involve monitoring lobby and check-in activity, assisting guests with pre-arrival support, and acting as a liaison between guests and hotel staff. You will work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and a seamless check-in experience.
