Job Description
We are hiring a Receptionist and Showroom Coordinator at Hopezen International Private Ltd in Pala, Kottayam, Kerala. Full-time, permanent role requiring minimum 1 year experience. You will manage front-desk operations, greet and assist customers, handle calls and visitor inquiries, supervise daily showroom displays and cleanliness, support billing and basic documentation, explain products, and coordinate with sales, service and admin teams. Candidates must be presentable, organized, customer-oriented, able to multitask, fluent in English and Malayalam, and have basic MS Office skills (billing software a plus). Salary ₹16,00–₹18,00/month. On-site only.
