Job Description
Location: Irugur, Coimbatore
Experience Required: 3+ years in furniture production or a related field.
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Production Supervisor to oversee our furniture manufacturing processes at Homworks (Prominance). The successful candidate will ensure timely production while adhering to quality standards and optimizing resource use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production activities
- Supervise staff and machine operators
- Ensure product quality meets company standards
- Maintain accurate production records
- Coordinate with other departments (QC, Maintenance, Stores)
- Enforce safety and compliance policies
