Job Description
HomeLane is seeking a dedicated Product Support professional to provide frontline assistance for our flagship design platform, Spacecraft. This role involves resolving user queries and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to capture user feedback and drive improvements.
Key responsibilities include acting as the first line of support, troubleshooting design workflows, developing documentation, and training new users. Ideal candidates should currently be internal employees designated as Design Associate (DA) or Junior Design Consultant, possess good communication skills, and have familiarity with Spacecraft.
