Job Description
Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards: make beds, change linens, restock amenities, manage lost-and-found, and report maintenance. Maintain corridors, elevators and public areas; replenish supplies and uphold safety and hygiene. Greet guests, assist requests and coordinate extras with Front Office. Follow task sheets, handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, keep trolleys organized, join deep-clean schedules and inventory checks.
