Job Description
Location: Chennai
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Telecaller. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, strong typing abilities, and a dedicated work ethic.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
- Making outbound calls to potential clients and scheduling appointments.
- Typing documents and maintaining records of calls and interactions.
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with team members for efficient operations.
Education: Intermediate required, BCOM preferred.
Salary: ₹10,00 to ₹20,00 per month. Full-time and fresher candidates are welcome.
