Job Description
Lead financial control for the manufacturing site, including budgeting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls. Partner with plant operations to optimize costs, support capital projects, manage forecasts, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and maintain ERP records. Provide guidance to accounting staff, prepare KPI dashboards, and present results to corporate finance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA or equivalent preferred, 5+ years in manufacturing accounting, strong Excel and ERP experience, analytical mindset, and leadership skills.
