Job Description
Hirva HR Solutions seeks a Relationship Officer to source new clients via referrals, networking and research; assess creditworthiness, support loan processing and maintain CRM records; collaborate with sales, operations and underwriting to resolve customer queries. Candidates with 1–3 years in affordable housing, DSA, home finance, mortgages or LAP, and knowledge of CLSS and government schemes preferred. Strong communication, target-driven independence and basic financial analysis required. Full-time role offers ₹17,00–₹35,00/month, attractive monthly incentives, travel reimbursement up to ₹6,500, health insurance and provident fund. Work is in person.
