Job Description

Hire4Biz seeks a Retail Sales Executive to build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and deliver personalized service in our jewelry store. You will advise clients on diamond 4Cs, manage inventory and displays, handle POS transactions, participate in promotions, and prepare sales reports. Minimum 1+ year jewelry experience required, solid diamond knowledge (cut, color, clarity, carat), excellent communication and presentation skills, CRM familiarity, attention to detail, integrity, and availability for flexible hours. Full-time, in person. Salary ₹25,00–₹35,00 per month.
