Job Description
Join Hire My Assistants KPO LLP as a Chat Process Executive, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will assist customers through email, live chats, and social media, resolving inquiries and issues to provide a positive experience.
Job Specification:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office & Excel.
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: ₹17,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund.
Work location is in-person.
