Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client plan provisions.
- Identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver high-quality, timely services.
- Consult with clients and prioritize work to meet their needs effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client plan provisions and relevant documentation.
- Adhere to predefined procedures and process guidelines, meeting or exceeding SLA targets.
- Participate in daily huddles and status meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund
Schedule: Fixed shifts from Monday to Friday, including day and evening shifts.
Work Location: In person
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
