Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and course information to candidates and convert inquiries into registrations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all inquiries and clients.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess good typing speed.
- System Maintenance experience will be an additional advantage.
