Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and managing contract negotiations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent analytical skills.
