Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Executive to join our team at Hikal. The successful candidate will possess essential DCS/PLC knowledge and will ensure that all processes adhere to standard work instructions, procedures, and specifications. Responsibilities include organizing shop floor activities, troubleshooting operational issues, managing logistics and distribution, and maintaining compliance with QMS, EMS, and OHSAS systems.
The role also involves preparing operational procedures, preventing non-conformities, training staff, and overseeing maintenance of production equipment. A strong focus on raw material efficiency and yield calculations will be required.
