Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relations, raising invoices and dispatching materials, ensuring office cleanliness, and overseeing employee attendance through the Keka app. You will coordinate between backend and front-end teams, follow up with vendors regarding insurance and payment terms, and handle client interactions. Additionally, note down meeting minutes, arrange setups for meetings, and check emails regularly.
