Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu creation.
- Produce high-quality dishes.
- Ensure timely kitchen operations.
- Substitute for the Executive Chef.
- Train and manage kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience.
- Food safety certification.
- Strong management skills.
