Job Description
Healspan seeks a Health Insurance Processing Trainee based in Bangalore/Hyderabad. Full-time, fresher role with pay ₹13,256.32–₹20,708.74/month. Any graduation/postgraduation; 0–1 year experience. Required skills: excellent people management, use of technology to improve outcomes, strong oral and written communication, negotiation, decision-making, and customer relationship skills for fast-paced priorities. Responsibilities include TPA/empanelment support, managing and tracking hospital cashless claims, file upload and validation, maintaining claims data and reports, patient documentation assistance and insurance query clarification, and preparing SOPs for claims processing. Languages: English, Kannada, Telugu. Benefits: health insurance and paid sick time. On-site role.
