Job Description
Headphonezone Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant Junior Lady to support our Director in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for smart freshers or candidates with similar experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide multitasking support
- Coordinate communication (email, phone, etc.)
- Run errands and maintain records
- Book and arrange travel and accommodation
- Gradually take over responsibilities
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficient in PC, MS Office, and Internet
Position located in Adyar, Chennai. No travel required. Full-time office hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
