Job Description
Assistant Professor – Malayalam at Harsha Institutions. Full-time/Part-time in-person role teaching undergraduate and postgraduate Malayalam language and literature. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, preparing syllabi, assessing students, mentoring, engaging in research and publications, contributing to curriculum development and cultural events, maintaining academic records, and upholding institutional policies. Required: Master’s in Malayalam (minimum 55%); Ph.D. or Ph.D. enrollment preferred; must meet UGC/university eligibility. Prior college teaching or research preferred. Skills: strong Malayalam language command, excellent communication, modern teaching methods, and research aptitude. Salary ₹25,00–₹35,00/month. Report to Head of Department/Principal. Location: Harsha Institute of Management Studies.
