Job Description
Harris Computer Systems is seeking a dedicated EMR Support Executive to provide exceptional Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for US doctors and clinical staff. This role involves receiving, analyzing, and processing requests submitted through email, cases, voicemails, and inbound calls, while troubleshooting errors on the EMR application.
