Job Description
Harris Computer Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform pre-call analysis and check payer status using IVR or web portal services. You will maintain accurate documentation on client software to facilitate communication with insurance companies and ensure a clear audit trail for future reference.
Your responsibilities will include recording after-call actions, performing post-call analysis for claim follow-ups, and providing precise product and service information to customers. Additionally, you will analyze accounts receivable data to understand underpayment reasons and top denial causes while documenting them accurately.
