Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated BFSI Recruiter to join our team immediately in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the BFSI or recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance clients.
• Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds.
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.
