Job Description

We are seeking a Branch In charge to manage daily branch operations, lead and coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will drive sales targets, oversee cash and inventory control, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail or banking, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Ability to analyze performance and build customer relationships is essential.
