Job Description

Hair O Craft is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer for our Kottayam branch (work location: Kochi). This full-time position requires a male candidate with 2+ years’ experience in customer relations and a Degree or postgraduate qualification. Salary ₹15,00–20,00 per month plus incentives (advertised range: ₹15,00–18,00). Key duties: manage client relations, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Immediate joiners preferred.
