Job Description
GVG Invivo Hospitals is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Medical Records Department. The successful candidate will manage patient medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards. Key responsibilities include coding and indexing records, collecting health statistics, and assisting clinical staff by providing necessary documentation.
Additional duties involve managing record retrieval and storage, timely preparation of discharge summaries, and providing training and supervision to record clerks. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month. The work schedule will be in rotational shifts and requires in-person attendance.
