Job Description
GURU NANAK UNIVERSITY is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Office Superintendent. This full-time role involves managing the daily administrative operations of the Rector’s office, coordinating communications, and drafting official documents such as circulars and meeting minutes.
The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, oversee the Rector’s schedule, and assist in organizing institutional events. Professionalism and discretion are paramount in handling administrative interactions.
Experience required: 5 years in Office Administration. Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. Work location is in person, with fixed day shifts.
