Job Description
Guild IT Solutions is seeking an experienced QuickBook Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing weekly expense entries, updating profit and loss statements, and posting accurate payroll journal entries. Other duties include generating weekly exception reports, conducting monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts, and preparing year-end financial packages.
If you have over 2 years of experience in QuickBooks bookkeeping and possess keen attention to detail, we invite you to apply.
