GUIDEYU OFFICE SPACE seeks an experienced commercial real estate brokerage professional for a full-time, permanent Sales Associate role. Competitive pay up to ₹500,00/year. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing listings, client acquisition, conducting property viewings and negotiations, and closing leases or sales. Must have proven commercial brokerage experience, strong sales, negotiation and communication skills, and ability to work on-site. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. Work Location: In person.
