Job Description
We seek a female-preferred Telesales Executive at GSY International Groups. Candidates with high school, diploma, or bachelor’s degree (any stream) and 0–2 years’ experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing are welcome; outbound calling or lead-generation experience is a plus. Key duties: make outbound calls, explain product benefits, generate and convert leads, maintain CRM and call records, meet weekly/monthly targets, handle queries, coordinate with sales & marketing, collect feedback, and build customer relationships. Full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary: ₹15,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off.
