Job Description
We are seeking a confident, results-driven Tele Caller Executive for Grihy Beverages Private Limited. This calling-based role involves outbound and inbound calls to handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, maintain call logs and update the CRM. Candidates should be 12th pass or graduate with basic computer skills, good English and Hindi communication, calm under pressure and experienced in calling. Preferred skills include active listening, patience, empathy, target orientation and good organization. Full-time, permanent, in-person position. Compensation: ₹14,00–₹17,00 per month.
