Job Description

The Placement Officer will manage the training and placement cell, bridging students and employers. Core duties include building industry relations to secure jobs and internships, planning and running campus recruitment drives, and preparing students via workshops on soft skills, aptitude, resume writing and interview techniques. The role offers career guidance, coordinates guest lectures, maintains student and employer databases, and reports placement statistics. Required skills: strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude and professional demeanor. Job Type: Full-time; Work Location: In person.
