Job Description
The Gregorian Institute of Technology seeks a full-time Boys Hostel Warden to manage daily hostel operations, enforce rules, resolve resident conflicts, maintain attendance and incident records, and ensure safety and emergency response. The warden will act as liaison between students and administration, organize community activities, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and handle procurement of supplies. Minimum two years’ experience in management or residential administration required; certifications in conflict resolution or hospitality management are advantageous. Salary: ₹15,00–₹30,00 per month. Work location: in person. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal, record-keeping, and emergency-management skills to foster a safe, disciplined, and engaged residential environment.
