Job Description

We are hiring a passionate, results-oriented Mortgage Loan Collection Officer to join Green Start Jobs’ Collections Team in Tumkur. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in collections or recovery. CTC offered: up to 4.30 LPA. Key responsibilities include managing field collections and recovery of overdue mortgage payments; maintaining customer follow-ups and resolving disputes or escalations; working closely with internal teams to resolve NPA cases; meeting monthly recovery targets and reporting progress; and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and ethical, customer-first practices.
