Job Description

Location: Trivandrum. Market: Affordable Housing. Green Start Jobs seeks a Home Loan Sales Executive with minimum 6 months of field sales experience in affordable home loan sales. The role involves sourcing leads through field visits, market mapping and local networking; explaining product features, eligibility and documentation; maintaining strong customer and channel relationships; and guiding applicants through the application and file login process. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be target-oriented, and ideally possess basic housing finance knowledge. Energetic, hardworking applicants from affordable housing or field sales backgrounds are preferred.
