Job Description

Green Start Jobs seeks a dynamic Personal Banker – CASA to join our retail team. You will acquire new Current and Savings Account customers via field sales, referrals and branch walk-ins; generate and follow up open-market leads; cross-sell savings, cards, loans, insurance and investment products; handle customer queries professionally; and meet individual and branch targets. Maintain product knowledge and ensure KYC/AML compliance. Requirements: 1–3 years in banking, financial services or sales; strong communication, interpersonal and target-driven sales skills; familiarity with the local market. CASA sales experience preferred.
