Job Description
We are hiring a Personal Banker (CASA) based in Narasaraopet for Green Start Jobs. Responsibilities include acquiring CASA customers via field sales, referrals and branch walk-ins; generating leads and conversions; cross-selling savings, credit cards, loans, insurance and investment products; resolving customer queries; achieving sales and acquisition targets; maintaining product knowledge and ensuring KYC/AML compliance. Requirements: 1–3 years in banking, financial services or sales; strong interpersonal and communication skills; sales-driven mindset; good knowledge of local market. Preferred: prior CASA sales experience and fluency in Telugu and English.
