Job Description
GREEN DELIGHT INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated CRM Assistant to optimize our Customer Relationship Management system. In this role, you will enhance customer engagement and satisfaction by managing data accuracy and implementing CRM strategies.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, segmenting information for targeted campaigns, and reporting on CRM performance metrics. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot are required.
