Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive at Grassroots BPO Pvt Ltd to manage inbound and outbound calls while adhering to turnaround times. Candidates should be adaptable learners with a strong understanding of our client’s business. Excellent communication in English and Hindi, along with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, is required.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹14,00.00 – ₹19,00.00 per month, with both day and fixed shifts. Freshers and those with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
