We are seeking a Proposal Associate with 2–4 years’ experience to join Grant Thornton INDUS in Bengaluru or Kolkata. You will prepare compelling proposals, coordinate with US engagement teams, conduct research, and ensure proposal quality and compliance. One opening. Required skills: strong written and verbal English, proposal writing, project coordination, attention to detail, Microsoft Office, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
