Job Description
Grand Hyatt Kochi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Service Order Taker. You will provide excellent service to our customers and deliver exceptional customer service while taking orders within the food & beverage division of the hotel.
The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management and at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
