Job Description
Grameen Shakti Microfinance Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Company Secretary. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong drafting abilities, and a solid understanding of secretarial practices. Responsibilities include filing ROC and RBI returns, working with CIMS, DAKSH, and PRAVAAH portals, and drafting notices and minutes for Board Meetings and AGMs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
