Job Description
Grace Facility Service is seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to enhance our client relationships and provide exceptional after-sales service. The ideal candidate will:
- Provide after-sales service
- Maintain client satisfaction
- Act as a connection between the customer and the organization
- Manage the front end of our relationship with clients across various segments
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and query resolution
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
