Job Description
Gosree Finance Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive – Recovery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups, negotiating repayment plans, and resolving customer concerns.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge. Preferred: Male candidates aged 24-30, fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00/month with benefits.
Start Date: 01/04/2025.
