Job Description
GoodSpace is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for walk-in customers, you will guide them through financial solutions and ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers at the branch.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable financial products.
- Helping customers check eligibility for various products.
- Supporting customers with documentation and KYC submissions.
- Answering inquiries about services and application statuses.
- Collecting feedback for continual improvement.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹300,00 – ₹600,00 per year
