Job Description
Gokulam Grand Trivandrum, a premier five-star business hotel, is seeking a warm and customer-focused Front Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in front office operations with a strong emphasis on guest service.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and handling inquiries and complaints. A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and proficiency in hotel management software are required.
This full-time position offers an annual salary of ₹180,00 – ₹216,00, with benefits.
